    no sausage :(

anyway, do you have an android or iPhone? Need one of these for it to work.

they pay or usually pay £5 per month for your data, they want to see how many text messages you send, how many calls you make and receive, what websites you visit. They do not record any confidential/private info, like bank details. They just sell this info to market research companies, like 2000 texts are sent daily, 1000 visit mse every 15 mins...lol

goto appstore or google play store. type in the search arbitron mobile trends - this should bring up a list, go for the UK one.

register your year of birth, phone number and paypal email address.

accept the messages and the app will install. the hopefully you will get your £5 next month :)

if not, I will tell them we will all uninstall our app.

Thanks Aesop, I've got an iPhone but can't find Arbirton on the App Store, must be doing something wrong!

Took your other advice & listed some stuff on FB, not my eBay stuff but some other kids stuff.
Had a sale today for £15 and got another 4 people collecting tomorrow but won't count that until its in my paw! So thanks for the push you gave me. :-)
So really pleased with my £15!

Hi all, had a busy day :T

Have listed some bits on eBay, traded in an old mobile on asda trade in for a grand total of £1.55 :rotfl: still got some bits I'm gonna try and sell too.

Does anyone know of good places to sell silver jewellery too? Wouldn't sell if it was stuff I wore but I've got a bracelet and necklace from a previous relationship that I'm never gonna wear so may as well put it to good use.

Not very ms but did a little bet on the horses this afternoon (always have a wee bet at aintree) and won £2.80

Also have some old lottery tickets which I'm gonna get checked tomorrow.

Things are moving slowly but surely.

Hope all is going well for everyone.

  • Hello Gang

Wow, you've all been busy. Great reading so many of you are off to a flying start :T

Nothing for me yet, although I've got bids on a couple of Bay items but wont be logging those until the auctions end & they've paid up!

Quite a bit of work on the books for the next couple of weeks, but as I've now started the new proper job .. I'm reverting to the normal format of received funds as opposed to earnings ... none of them will be counted until payment in :o

For those not yet off the mark ... early days yet so don't let yourself get too disheartened :A

  • Hi
Just had £3.77 in from an eBay sale.

Does anyone if there is any way of reducing the amount PayPal deduct each time?

I am still doing the surveys but seem to be 'not required to answer any further questions' after the first question on the majority of them :-(

Hoping to list some bits on FB later :-)

Right, I'm going to stop being a wuss and either do a yard sale or go to a bootsale this weekend! I really can't get over this embarrassment about doing a yard sale, but this new job is costing me so much money in petrol so I absolutely need to do something to get some £££ in my pocket now. I'm leaning towards the yard sale as we will save ourselves the journey (an hour in total) as well as loading and uploading the car and petrol. We already have a car boot sale float that we keep at all times, and I can do a few signs and post it to Facebook tomorrow. Any thoughts?

that is someone's list. I don't have an iPhone so can't help further.

getjam - goto appstore and download it. can cash out for paypal or vouchers for music

apptrailers - cash out at 150 points for paypal, converts from cents to pence. Fast payer too!

shopscansave - save on your food shopping at selected stores....

    http://www.shopscansave.co.uk/#/how-to/4561341966

quidco - do checks in while out and about and earn money for visiting a shop

topcashback app - save on certain foods with snap save

appxpert - think you download apps and rate them only available on iPhone

qustodian - you read/watch ads and get paid about 2p for them, get your friends to sign up under you, cash out at £10.

shopitizie - cashback on your shopping but ask them to pay you by cheque not paypal as they take money off you!

Mobile Trends - Arbitron OnDevice - not sure how you find it on iPHone but they pay £5 per month for seeing what you do with your phone, ie texting, phonecalls, websites visited etc.
