anyone been to Southerness Holiday Park?

It's a Parkdean Holiday Park near Dumfries. We are going there in May.

Ive stayed in the smaller lighthouse leisure park next door but have used the facilities in the parkdean one, nice pool and swing-park and lovely walks on the beach, nice restaurant on the left hand side on the way down to the lighthouse (possibly only restaurant?) also nearby is mabie farm park and worth the drive is the cream o galloway ice cream factory, hope this helps

Thanks. Looking at it on a map it looks quite remote, but hopefully we get good weather.

It is quite a distance from Dumfries, so make sure you are stocked up on supplies. Recommend Mabie Farm Park, great day out.
