Australia gift company

Hi, Can anyone advise me what I can do about an Australian online company? Basically I have ordered some gifts from a company in Australia called 'Everything But Flowers' to be delivered to a private address in Australia, I have paid in full on my debit card but the gifts have not been delivered - nor will the company answer my emails asking for them to refund my payment or redeliver the goods. I have googled the company name and they seem to have a very poor reputation - if only I had done this first! And it sounds as if I am just one of many to have this problem. The gifts were ordered on the 6th March for delivery on the 11th March. Any advice would be appreciated, many thanks in advance!
