Buildings Insurnace, does it cover landslide etc?

Hi
Was wondering if you can get covered for landslides, floods etc? Thinking of buying somewhere with a neighbouring farm and a slope which forms part of the garden.
If anyone knows of insurnace companies that really do cover 'all periles' would appreciate some advice

Thanks

Flood and landslip are standard perils and covered under most, if not all, policies.

Landslip is normally one of the trio of perils under subsidence (down, across, up)

If the land causing the landslip is a neighbouring property you should be able to claim against them. However, that takes time and you want your house fixed so claim against your own insurance. It will be covered and the insurer will reclaim the costs from the other party. Subsidence normally has a large excess so be prepared for that too.
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

Might be able to claim against a neighboor depending on the circumstances
