My mother-in-law keeps getting phone calls where there seems to be a person at the other end but stays silent. This ha happened about 10 times so far, but the strange thing is that when she does a 1471 the number IS obtainable. It starts off 0207 which is London. When I called this number the ring tone gave me the…

my MIL too. Do these companies specifically target teh elderly?

The trouble is, if FIL answers he really thinks he' swon something and mum has to wrest tehphone from him.

I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.
