I hope you are not saying that paying CCs in full every month hurts your score and you're better off carrying a balance and paying interest on it.
"in full"? Nope. Read it again.
As an aside, lenders would prefer people that pay on time but that don't always pay all cards in full. That way they can make money from interest. Some lenders may look at a person who only ever pays in full and decide they won't make enough from that person. The decision as to whether to accept an applicant is based on risk but also on profitability0
