I need advice on the best savings accounts

forgive me if this is covered else where, have looked on the main site, but have found information different to the best buys, so thought i would check on peoples knowledge.

I am looking for a regular save, instant save and fixed rate account.

My seraches have found the following;

1. Best regular saver: 7% Yorkshire building society

2. Instant saver account: HISAVE 6.05% (from 18th may 07)

3. Halifax fixed rate websaver i year 6.26% (min £500)
(Martin suggestion of 6.23% Birmingham Midshires 1 yr fixed term bond)

I have already used my ISA for this year
(still waiting from a response from Barclays)

have I got the right accounts??
