Account hijack. Fortunately Ebay and Paypal are pretty tied together and I don't think they get away with this as Paypal pull the plug before they withdraw the money. I recently bid on something I was pretty sure was probably a hijack as it was too cheap and was a fairly dormant account before but you never know and I knew I was safe enough. Paypal spotted it and refunded me instantly automatically.0
