If I were you I would throw the extra money at the card now, so as to lessen the amount of interest you are paying each month. If your balance is close to £1000 with Vanquis you must be paying a hefty amount of interest each month?
If you throw money at it now, you will lessen the amount you are giving away to them, then you could use the card to help pay for elements of the wedding as you go along. this could work out to be a more cost effective way for you to do it.0 -
How much is the interest each month with a balance of £1000?
I have a vanquis card, but I only spend about £20.00 per month on it, to keep it active and the limit on it is £1750.00 I pay the full balance every month to stop me getting charged interest. I am expecting a letter from them soon saying that they will reduce my limit or even close my account!DEBTFREE AND PROUD!!0 -
Did you get your increase today? Mine is due tomorrow (10th)0
