HELP!!! Windows 8 - Re-enable...

Hi a month or so ago I changed opening windows 8 tiles to the more orginal format of having a desktop.
Now when I press the windows tab on my laptop the tiles no longer appear and I would now like to re enable my windows 8 on my laptop!!!
Can anyone help?! Please.......
