Natwest address for bank charges letter?

Hi all... does anyone know which address to use to write to Natwest about reclaiming bank charges?

Use the local branch if its first time error as they have the discretion to refund those. If its a financial hardship claim then use the complaints department for the bank as they will investigate your hardship and financial information to verify you meet hardship criteria.

hi, thanks for the feedback. i'm trying to help my sister who is struggling due to onging bank charges. I've found the address now so i'll drop the letter to their chatham c/r/m and see what happens.
