mine was put on hold, oh well. poop. sorry, feeling a bit lazy to read through the 30 pages, are "on hold" orders just cancelled and returned to normal, or do I need to do anything to restore the account after the order is reset?

Managed to get some P&P instore today, has anyone else noticed the bottle does'nt have a lid, just a small plastic bit to cover the pump dispenser:mad:

My OH has just had an email from boots.com today telling him his order from 12 May has been cancelled!
They are so efficient:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
It was due for delivery on 16 May but showed as on "Hold"

I had one cancelled a couple of weeks ago and my whole account was barred,hopefully they are not still doing that!
It took ages to sort out:mad:

You can use vouchers with a different name on with your AC. Validated receipts won't have any name or AC details, so they could be put onto any card, I'd think! HTH

Woo.. ta for the tips guys and gals, needed toothbrushes so went to boots at lunch (as you do). Got:

2 x Diareze 6pk = £2.49 BOGOF, Free with Boots mag voucher.
3 x expert whitening toothpaste = £3.99, reduced to £1.99, 3for 2, plus some magic so £1.99 for all 3
1 x Time delay hand & nail lotion = £5, used £5 skincare voucher so free
3 x toothbrushes = £1.69 each, 3for2 so £3.38
1 x Ibuprofen liquid caps = £1.99 reduced to 99p
...plus lunch.

After vouchers (which halved my bill hah!) i was under a tenner but still got the skincare voucher thing, probably as they're getting rid as SA pointed out it ended tomorrow. Oh well I'll have to go back

it will be ok
the main hold up with production has been the bottles and they are using every type they can find to try and keep up with demand
