I got a good deal this morning - bought nothing and still managed to get 160 points!!!

I bought a rechargeable Philips ladyshave on Wednesday with my point from the clearance section. When I opened the shrink wrap wrapper round the case I binned it only to discover the next day (after the binmen had been) that the thing wouldn't charge. I left it on again till this morning but no luck so had to take it back.

Unfortunately as I had binned the wrapper there was no barcode so the girl had to contact customer services. After she thought she had done it I checked to discover she had taken the points off again instead of putting them back on :eek: when she still couldn't get it to work I told her to serve the man behind me as he had been waiting for a while.

He bought a camera for £40 but as he had forgotten to bring his Advantage Card she said she would validate his receipt. It was only after he was away and her supervisor sorted out my problem we discovered that my card had still been in the machine so I had got his points by mistake

That was me... I bought 3 of the Gorgeous eye palettes and the £5 voucher wouldn't work.

One of my locals does.....and I sold all mine on ebay for £9 a pair!
