    Hi all!
Probably a bit cheeky, but here goes....
The previous tenant in the house I'm renting has gone off to work in australia for a year...And she got the Boots leaflet with the new vouchers on in the post today......
Do you think I can use her vouchers, even with her name on it? Will they notice that the name is different on the card?
I know it's a bit naughty, but she wouldn't be using them anyway.....

Hi, one advice I once read here on the forum was to have the receipt validated (and I guess, pay cash) just so there is no chance you will be embarassed should a scrupulous SA notice.

Thanks all! I will use them then, but I will just have my receipt validated, good idea! Mwahahahahaha!!!! :T

Does anyone know how the double point voucher works? As in, can you use it with the clinique 1200 bonus points??? (now that would be a bargain! lol).

I dont know wether this is till valid and if so what day it finishes but today in the very tiny Crewe Boots on the Time Delay display it said buy £10 of Time Delay and get either a lip plump (woth £7) free or a moisture eye cream free (£7.99) .

I suppose then you could bring your three items to the till, give the girl yor total spend voucher (I have two 50 points for a £7.50 spendand 100 points for a £15 spend, different names) but there is also in the Stopping smoking leaflet a £3 money off coupon if you buy TD radiance balm or day moisturiser SPF 15. I wonder if that would work as well?

But there again none of us actually needs any Time Delay do we or any skincare products at all. Mind you I suppose if you getting a pamper kit together for someone and using up your advantage points it might be a good offer. I dont think they would let you use the coupon though.

Hmm, I didin't get what you mean... do you want to use several total-spend-earn-points-ACM-vouchers in one spend? I don't really think you can.

also, i had a bit of trouble with the £3off-from-stop-smokingwhen buying a Timedelay rejuvenating mosituriser 15 for £9. The SA had to override the machine to use it (also I've never been able to use the 50p off a shapers meal, even when the till was saying it was a shapersmeal... the SA said it was because one of the items was not shapers... but if one was not shapers, the meal would never be shapers, would it? duh!!).

I was initially buying 3 items from time delay on 342, but the moisturiser was the cheapest one (before discount), so the discount was not being accepted by the machine.

I guess it would be nice if we could use the £3off-from-stop-smoking + offer with £10 purchase.

Note:The moisturiser is really nice, very smooth- I followed the advice on this forum and it is relativelly cheap. THANKS FOR THE TIPS.

    Hi Mary

what a SAVERS LEAFLET? Do u think it can be combined with the Virgin Mitchum coupons £1.00 voucher?

When you have finished printing off at the machine click the buy one get one free betton and it prints these off and also a page called "savers". These are useful to have when you are checking the clearnace shelf

Yes this is exactly what my saves leaflet says so I wonder what it does mean by Mitchum deodarant - save £1? I am hoping that it is a shelf edge thing like the supermarkets have been running. I wasnt buying anything today so I couldnt ask them to scan one

OMG I had a boots mailing this morning! - I've not had anything from them for at least two years! I guess they know they don't have to entice me into the store. :rotfl:

JK nail files didn't work for me this morning
Got three gorgeous eye palettes 3 for 2 (my little sister asked me to get her one as she is away) also got 300 pts for £20 No7 spend (from mailing - had to be added manually though), plus 150 pts for £20 spend from the ACM
Voucher in ACM for 100pts on complete skincare (pink stuff) so bought a moisturiser for 1.19 to try
Picked up a couple of quit smoking boxes (mainly because they have a sugar free lolly in them :D and the little skincare sachets which vary from box to box) and a beach packet - thought it was dull too (I didn't notice the nail file in mine) plus a couple of RoC retinox sample sachets. Used double points voucher. Not a bad haul - especially given some of it wasn't for me :)
