Oh dear - what have you done to pee off Boots???????? just don't put you card in the AC machine until you've got it sorted!! my pending points balance instead of being set at 0 when i first went on line was set at -250 (no idea why!) and after 6 months they still haven't rectified it! but it never impacts on my points that i earn. the balance to be picked up always reads 250 less than it should but the right amount always goes onto my card! But 83 quids worth is slightly more serious! you haven't had an order cancelled where the points had already been credited have you?

most people on this site are Boots pregnant rather than really pregnant! if you join the online parenting club they will send you extra vouchers! you can't use the card like the WHS one - hopefully someone will be on at some point who can explain better than i can!

join the health club as well - you get loads of money off with that - 50 products will be premantly half price once you'ce activated the health voucher they send you

Nope - no orders cancelled by me - just the usual p&p one on hold

I have 4 orders just despatched (triple points fever ) and according to the confirmations once those come through Boots owe me 8467?

I haven't returned anything either

The first idea, with the 3 4 2, if you get an Expert sensitive item, a Botanics item and the Blemish wand and still have the Expert freebie voucher from the ACM, do you think you could get all 3 items free?

it's worth a try.......if you're brave enough!!!! although if they are on different 342 offers things might not kick in properly - let us know!!!!!:p
