D'oh... i just emailed a friend saying that we could be on for a bulk make up buying session... and she replied bemoaning the fact she's running out of mouthwash and will have to buy some.... guess what i've just offered her several bottles of :rotfl: we'll tick that off the "en masse" Bootsing shopping list!

Quite like the idea of getting the girls together for a shop. I don't think they believe me when i say i get such great deals, or they're too chicken to try themselves. Might make them Boots tarts after all ;)

I can see you all now you as leader having rallied your troops handing out the vouchers:

Jane aisle 2 3 No aussie conditioners

Sam aisle 1 poo tablets - any size packs - get all they've got on the shelves

Mary pharmcy counter get all leaflets - trust me it will be worth it

ticking off the relevant offers as you send each poor unsuspecting soul into the arms of death, with the final warning not to go near a till until you've checked out which SA's are where!

Do you need a whistle and clipboarrd!:p
:hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:

I bought wipes in the first transaction and serum in the second, but you don't need to buy any Roc products to get the free gift (if you can get away with it) the gift set scans as Roc GWP 00

I went to a large Boots near me yesterday to try and get a ROC free set. I put it in a basket with lots of other stuff and the SA said you have to buy a roc product to get it. I said ok I will get some wipes (£5.95) and get the set free. She then said you have to buy some expensive ROC cream for £27.95 OR anti celulite cream for £14.95. I said I wont bother and left it. I tried again later in the same store with another till and of course although I put it in with other stuff she scanned the ROC gift first and then said you cant have this for nothing I will have to ask at the ROC counter. The ROC assistant pointed out the creams I would have to buy and I said ok I would buy a cream but could I return it if necessary. She got all snotty and said yes but they would have the gift back aswell. She also said she had decided which items it came free with ( the most expensive ones !) and I said why was there no signs up saying what I had to buy. I gave up in the end but am going elsewhere tommorow so will try again. I did get 2 lots of diareze tablets though!! ALso they had 4 Advantage card machines and none were working. Sometimes I really hate the assistants in Boots. Anyone would think it was their money!!!

This could be a lucrative scheme.... there could be planned distractions to get SAs away from Max Factor and Benefit counters to nab the gwp's and offer items...! :T then we all stand in the queue so the SA when i'm paying hurries the vouchers without too much of a glance... yay! :rotfl:

What wrong with SA's...where is the golden rule gone THAT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT :D

They are all commission based therefore they are Sad and Selfish ...i sometimes actually want to buy some things (Clinique, Estee Lauder, etc) and they look at you as if I am an alien...that really puts me off

Never mind u keep on trying, try over the weekend as the saturday staff don't really care ;)

if you've got a friend who's actually pregnant (rather than Boots pregnant!!!) get her to go into false labour by the No7/ Max Factor counter! Should keep them occupied for a while!

Your SA's must have been asleep the ones in my store just won't let you have it at all - i think you have to buy the entire Roc range in my boots before they'll hand one of the gift sets over:mad:

Just had a good bootsing session in my local v small boots (which I've never really bothered with before!).
No7 Naturally Sunkissed Body Moisturiser £8.75 -Used £5 No7 voucher (parenting voucher I think) then tried to use the 300 points voucher from the GWP. Didn't work so the SA manually added the points.... but looked on the wrong side of the voucher (euro side) and added 450 points instead! (she was new - bless her!)
2 6pk diareze (came up as buy 1 get 1 free at till) - used half price voucher + 100 points voucher from ACM in other store.

    Total = £3.74
    569 points received

Now have 1190 points yippee! I'm new to this bootsing thing so I'm really pleased with myself!
THANK YOU everyone for the tips!!! :j :j :j
