Ta... I literally just phoned CS, the guy said "unfortunately we dont do gift cards, so it has to be an exchange"
Umm... looking at the Boots site... it seems I'll have £53 to spend on toothpaste and shampoo in one go :rotfl: since i can't bare to have something that's not on a deal of some sort, i'll need a lorry!!!!:rotfl:0 -
Kensington doesn't have a reduced section *sobs*.. so they put it on the normal shelves, but there was also and end of shelf display unit with them on, but that was mainly as it was promoting the BOGOF deal and it just happens that most of the stock is reduced.
Oo... new site... hmm, like it, looks cleaner and seems to work quicker... but my smiley pics aren't showing on the side when i type this msg (prob just needs a refresh).
On a Bootsing related topic... has anyone returned a sealed/wrapped perfume to Boots and had it accepted? I got a posh perfume for xmas thats not my scent, and i know it would've been from boots as it's the only place local that my boss would've wandered on his own :rotfl: it's been ages since crimbo too... should've thought about this sooner!
My auntie always buys my sister perfume from Boots for birthday and Christmas - so every birthday and christmas my sister takes it back to boots with no receipt and walks away with loads of gift vouchers - I'd just make sure you get a friendly looking SA!:hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:0 -

Obviously they've changed their policy - buy something like a hairdryer or straightening tongs - hold onto them for a week and take them back! then you'll have the receipt as well so they would hopefully give you a refund - especially if you said they were faulty - always worth a try!:hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:0 -
lol, such mixed responses! Will give it a go next week and cross my fingers for a voucher of some sort.... might try a different branch, i don't think the one local to work will do vouchers really... they've got that "vybe":rotfl:0
