I find the revlon colour stay great. I use the one for oily skin. The shine does come through after a while, but it stays on regardless. Just need to find something to stop the shine now!

Thats the one I use just now,I've been using it for years and its very good.
As you say the shine comes through eventually.
I just dab on some rimmel stay matte powder!

A lovely bootser on here recommended the clinique oily soap bar - should I try the 3 step that clinique do? Anyone got any recommendations? Is it worth asking for a skin consultation instore?
    )

When I got home last night I checked what i was currently using as I'm going through a phase where the Clinque just isn't working

Monday morning my face looked like that of a drug taking, glue sniffing teenager (not good when you're nearly 35 and don't take drugs or sniff glue). So since Monday i have been using:

No7 Calm Skin Redness-Relief Gel (A complexion-correction gel designed to soothe and strengthen delicate, easily-irritated skin) £16.75 for 30ml,

    followed by

No7 Beautifully Clear Age-Defence Blemish Care (helps unblock pores, reduce redness and clear away excess oil, guarding against the signs of skin ageing at the same time.) £16.75 for 30ml

and i have had no new spots (well, just one but that was because i wouldn't leave it alone) and my face has more or less cleared up - I'm absolutely gob-smacked!

    HTH:p

Thanks for these recommendations, may give them a go, I still have teenage skin sometimes (at 27) - usually use the Clearasil Ultra facewash (which is very good and really does work in three days as it promises) and Simple Oil Control moisturiser but finding my skin is starting to get dryer and it's hard to find products that moisturise and make it feel comfortable without blocking the pores.

Anyone interested in the Estee Lauder read on...
I am a chef in a busy hot sweaty kitchen, i use the double wear foundation £21 and it never moves! Normally foundation just slides down my face at work! ATTRACTIVE!
Highly recommended girls!I was going to get some but going oin hols next week so will get it at airport duty free!:T

I use double wear by estee lauder as well , its the best Foundation i have ever had , stays on all day , covers, no shine !!! I wont use any other :T E

If you go to the Estee lauder counter and ask about it they will colour match and then ask for a sample to try at home :T

Boots should do it - v green.

Remember also when you used to get 10p for returning your empty Corona bottles.....I am showing my age now. Perhaps I should keep some of this blasted P&P for myself!!

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well, dunno when was that in Britain, but as that is still the case in Mexico, you're age is still a mistery to me!

Bah, dismal. went in for a free revlon mascara (when buying something else) with metro voucher... all gone. No good free gifts to be had anywhere, had nothing to cover up the poo tablets glitch, and the clinique girls looked in a world of their own chatting away (im too chicken with those beauty counter assistants, any excuse to run away!). Still nothing good on the AC either.

Came back, tried Boots.com, first the site was down, and now i see they've revamped it... but occasionally its breaking again. Think i'll leave further bootsing till next week...
