I have been using Windows Live Mail (hotmail and bt internet) for sometime and I have been happy with it. I rarely look at my hotmail account although now it has changed to Outlook.
When I reply to an email on Live Mail and move it to one of my subfolders this is mirrored in Outlook. All the emails I've sent via Live Mail today are showing on Outlook in the sent folder.
Tonight when I logged onto my computer my hotmail folder was missing from my Live Mail account. I have managed to add it back on and the inbox was populated with today's emails but it is not any showing subfolders.
I have sent myself an email and returned it via live mail, this is showing on outlook but although I have deleted it on live mail it is still in my inbox on Outlook.
I've replied to an email on Outlook but the reply is not showing on my live mail.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this so that I can use either Outlook or Live Mail and they mirror one another?
