What do you do with your cashback?

I was just thinking about what I will do with my cashback and was wondering what other people do with theirs. Do you treat yourself? Or knock the amount of the cashback off that months bill and save the equivalent amount?
I think I'm going to spend mine on some more photography equipment.

I used to cash it out from TCB & Quidco and just stick it in a savings account, however the first £50 each year from TCB will now be converted to clubcard points then Avios.
My credit card cashback just gets credited to the account, so it just makes the bill less - I try and ensure I save the equivalent extra in the relevant month. Quite boring really!0 -
I keep a separate saving account with all of my 'free' money in it. This includes topcashback/quidco, cashback from my CC, stuff I sell on eBay and even all my loose change (I take it in to the bank every couple of months).
I use this cash to buy something that I wouldn't normally even dream of getting - last year I had almost £2000 (sold a lot of stuff on eBay!) and used it to buy an Omega Speedmaster watch (pre-owned but like new). Normally I could never justify that kind of purchase but as it was all extra money, I didn't feel too guilty!0 -
Money has no smell.
Is it just me? Anything wrong with my nose?0 -

It really depends on your attitude towards money.
Is your cashback money different to any surplus money you have from month to month? What would you do with that money?
For me personally, I have everything I need right now, but once I have a family I want to be really comfortable so that I'm not having to worry about money. So my cashback money is essentially a discount on money which I would have spent anyway. Allowing me to save more each month.0 -
I agree with JakeGreen. If my Tesco shopping bill is £30 then I basically consider it as £29.40. I am also buying 30p of clubcard points and lending Tesco 30p which my credit card will pay me back later.
So if a cash-only store was offering the same items for £29, I might spend there instead - depends on whether I want the clubcard points.0
