Certificates are dated so if your computer date is wrong you will have problems. It does not mean anyone has hacked into your computer.

Although it is nothing to do with this problem if you have not got any antivirus software you would be well advised to get some.
  • hello thanks for reply would you know how to keep date/time correct all the time?

also which is best antivirus for a tablet?

You shouldn't need to reset the date. It should keep time accurately. If not there may be something wrong with the internal battery(assuming there is one).

Other thread on same subject. I advised therein that the date/time issue is the cause of the certificates issue, and that the tablet is probably faulty. :)
  • Hi I think I should return tablet, its from Amazon from 3rd party seller if they dont reply to email from me telling them im returning it then should I return it anyway? amazon always suggest sending email to let them know what and why you return something to seller (with proof of postage before I send ) it has 12 month warranty so I should be ok?

Was it originally shipped from the UK? i.e. is there a UK returns address? If not then it might be a return to China which may be expensive and you're unlikely to get your returns shipping costs back.

That's something that needs to be thought about with these cheap tablets.
  • I made sure it was uk supplier so hope to get money back and buy a better one

any suggestions for 10 inch under 2oo pounds?
