If you get sick notes off your doctor and he puts one month, when is your next sick note to be dated from?If for example my sick note was dated 26th of february for one month(not 4 week)should my next sick note(if i need one)be dated the 26th March? OR does it cover the 26th March inclusive?

I would say it covers you until 25th March.0

My doctor put '4 weeks' on my sicknotes and this was classed as 28 days. However, the DWP do send you a letter some days before the existing sicknote expires with a reply-paid envelope for the new one to be sent. So in essence I would say a 1 month sicknote expires at midnight the day before on the following month (not sure how this would work on say 31st Jan start, maybe expires 28th Feb regardless I guess) and a 4 week sicknote expires after 28 days.0

I have never been sent a reminder and pre paid envelope for the fit note for my daughter!! I have had to send it myself to the address on the claim letter. Her last one was for 3 months and will hopefully be the last, as long as the job centre input the recommendations from ATOS by then.0
