Eggshell paint turn yellow like gloss?

Well two questions really -Just curious but does eggshell turn yellow after about five minutes like gloss does?
Also,what is the best way to apply eggshell paint to an already glossed surface ?

Sand it back and apply satinwood.

I painted a floor with eggshell white. It has slightly discoloured but it's taken ten years. It certainly isn't yellow.

Painted a mdf shelve in front porch facing south and get light from East slightly (bay window near by) and West. Shelve has gone yellow where I had a small plant terrarium stood (small glass greenhouse) on it with a few months, rest of it is okay with pots on it but I do move them around a little. I used Dulux eggshell

Used it on two radiators both get some light and they gone slightly yellow too done them last Summer

Also painted bathroom window frames (North facing) and get a little light from East via small window too. Both off white wouldn't say they are yellow both done last Summer
