tesco life insurance - £35 giftcard & 1000 clubcard points

Read martins article on life assurance and he mentioned TESCO's price promise of 1000 clubacard points (worth £40in deals) if you find a cheaper policy after taking out theirs. At the moment they are also doing £35 giftcard if you take out life assurance policy before 19th june. It does say on the t&C that they reserve the right to ask for the £35 back if policy cancelled within 6 months.... don't know if they will excercise thie right though??

There's no cost or notice to cancel the policy so is it a nice little earner (points & £35) to get the policy and cancel within 30 days to go with cavendish who are about £10 a month cheaper. Me and DH are getting a policy each so 2 lots of benefits potentially.:money:
