Cotton Traders (mailorder) policy is not to refund the cost of returning postage unless the product is defective.
I have just received an item from them that is 3 sizes bigger than I ordered. Am I correct that the DSR require them to refund the postage if the goods are not as ordered?

When you say 3 times bigger did they send the wrong size? If they did you will be able to get a refund on returns postage cost.
If they sent the right size but its bigger than you expected then they probably won't.

If it is a change of mind then they don't have to refund return postage if specified in their T&Cs. However, because they have sent the incorrect size then they should refund any return postage costs.0
