Hi just wondering if anyone can help with my query, if I was to get a wireless linkstick to connect to my router will I be able to watch bbc I player. 4od on my tv via the Internet same as I can on laptop , PCM ipad ? Thanks for any help

Basically yes. As I understand it you have to buy a Samsung adaptor to connect your smart TV wirelessly to the internet. I don't think that cheaper versions will work - you can't load a driver to the TV!
As these are somewhat expensive (£35), I simply ran a long Ethernet cable between the router and the TV cost about £8. No problems at all, just plugged it in the Ethernet socket and it worked.
My TV is a UE40D5520 If you post the full model number of yours we may be able to help more.
