Could anyone advise me who to complain to regarding my application for this (which has been refused despite providing proof of eligibility).

    Automatic entitlement depends on the Guarantee element of Pension Credit, the means testing part is relaxed if you are 80 years + you are then allowed a Savings Credit element in addition to the Guarantee element of Pension Credit .. .. its automatic, the GOV / DWP inform all big 6 providers without you asking about your entitlement.

    If for any reason your are missed by your supplier submit your details to them again - make sure your postcode is correct.

    All your previous thread explains is that you left it until the last minute and were having trouble getting proof of your Income Support status. It does not say if all the documentation arrived with BG in time. If you cannot be bothered to give details you won't get helpful responses.
