Intelligent Finance: A Change to Conditions?

I have an offset mortgage with Intelligent Finance. Just logged in and noticed they will no longer offer any new savings accounts as of the 22rd of March 2013 - I don't recall any notice being given. I was looking at adding an ISA to the plan. Can they simply withdraw a key aspect of the offset mortgage I purchased?
