Warning: Win Naturally

I placed an order with Win Naturally on January 19th.
Nothing had arrived after a month (and in any case I had never received a dispatch notice), so I tried using the 'contact us' form on the Win Naturally website. This yielded no results whatsoever so I tried making contact with company officials via their Facebook page. After they deleted my post once with no response, I tried again, and the CEO finally emailed me. He promised my order would be sent out again and my postage costs would be refunded.
Throughout this process the CEO was extremely helpful and always responded to my messages within 24 hours.
So far, so good. However, as far as I am concerned, this second attempt at delivery never took place. By March 10th I had still received nothing and wrote again to the CEO directly by email, this time requesting a full refund and cancellation of the order. Funnily enough, he has now gone quiet on me. I have emailed once more since March 10th and still nothing. Even if he is on holiday, surely someone should be covering his duties?
I am totally disappointed with the service received from this company. I had assumed they were reputable as they have a concession in the London branch of Selfridges. Clearly, they still have some work to do regarding customer service.
As I am an overseas customer (located in France, ordering from a UK company) I don't expect there is any way that I will see my refund or my order and will have to write off the loss of the money. However, I wanted to warn others to not bother with this firm. Other similar companies such as Holland & Barrett and Healthy Supplies have always given me a far better experience in the past and I would urge others to use them instead.
Hope this helps someone.

Conveniently, the CEO has replied to my email tonight (Sunday) stating that the refund and cancellation is in progress. Make of that what you will.0

Just thought I would come back to update this. The original order never arrived, but when they changed courier they sent me a huge box of freebies as a 'sorry', which has redeemed them considerably in my eyes. Clearly by changing courier they have proved that they can send things and have them arrive at the other end! MAY give them another go at some point. We'll see.0
