Are RBS having computer problems again?

I've just had my debit card declined for no obvious reason. I just wondered if their computers were playing up again.

Just been in the local supermarket, and there was a tannoy announcement that they were having problems processing transactions on certain bank cards today.

Yep had the same problem just now, Natwest card declined twice.. had to use another card.0
