My current tariff at Npower ends on 8 April, I have done a comparison and have decided to switch to Sainsburys, does anyone know how early I could do this before the end of the tariff to avoid early exit fees from Npower. Its says the switch over takes between 4-6 weeks but Im not sure what they class the start day as. Hope this makes sense!

My fastest switch was 21 days however considering that the new supplier doesn't contact the old supplier for 14 days to give you a chance to change your mind you are quite safe to switch now .0

If I were you, I would wait another week then. An extra week at higher rates is not a lot of money. Not worth an exit penalty.Sealed Pot Challenge #239
