This just means internet explorer has changed the homepage to bing or msn for example whereby your laptop manufacturer normally has their own website as the homepage. Or vice versa (your manufacturer's homepage is the current one and internet explorer are trying to change it to bing or msn). either way, go to the TOOLS menu and click on OPTIONS. When the settings window appear change the current homepage to https://www.google.co.uk or something and then click on OK. If anything say "change homepage etc" just say YES , accept the change.
