    Yes, I was going to suggest searching for other folders. I was just trying something... (installed it myself).

    Ah well - sorted.

    Gee! Thank you for all your help and the trouble you have went to.

    Going to get a cup of tea and then I am going to try and copy his computer to an external drive before adding that extra RAM - wish me a lot of luck cause I need it!!

    I have backed up to the external drive but now I need to get the extra RAM in!!
