    Hang it on a hanger in bathroom, fill bath & sink with hot water, close door and the creases will be all but out when you go back to it. Good holiday tip.

    buy one from a shop use it, then take it back saying it's faulty.

    Under the sale of goods act an item has to be capable of doing the task it was bought for!
    They have to give you full refund by law.

    Buy cash, so you dont have your cards involved and give wrong details when you return item!

    Don't know if you are male or female - but if you have a pair of hair straighteners lying around, you could use those for the sleeves - gives you perfect creases everytime!

    (Got a shock a couple of years ago when my younger brother asked for a set at christmas! :confused: But he swears its the best thing for his sleeves! :T )
