Royal Leamington Spa - good pub?

Have deicded on royal leamington spa for a day out, can anyuone recommend a decent pub preferably on the outskirts of town? Somewhere traditional, not full of drunken yobs

You're welcome. Its mainly the outside area that I tend to go for.. the views will take your breath away! Have fun. I hope the weather is ok enough for you to have a walk around the grounds - over the bridge etc.

i'm guessing you are a local(ish) lady? May I ask what the weathers like up there at the moment? and expected for the next couple of days?
I'm from London and all I've seen on the news of anywhere remotely midlands or north is blizzards, snowmen and stranded people!
