    no way :eek: didnt they think to send you a letter telling you that the other letter was sent in error and your claim was successful ? :o

    nope..and i still havent got a letter through the post.
    all i have is written confirmation that was typed out and given to me by the lady at the office when i went to see them.
    oh well...at least it's sorted now.
