is there a shopping list programme

Hi
Is there such a thing as a shopping list programme or something that you can put in a menu ingredient list that then automatically makes a shopping list? Ideally it would also be understood by Tesco and Asda so I can REALLY cheat and just then online shop?
If not then I want it patented as an idea!!!!!:rotfl:

I only use the shopping list part of it myself, but I think it has at least some of the other functions you want.
I find it particularly useful as it synchronizes shopping list(s) across my P/C and phone.

I was wondering if there are any sites where if you put all the food stuff you like then recipes would appear only containing the food you like.

Do you do Tesco online grocery shopping? I've not used it myself for recipes but if you are logged in they have tabs with recipes and meal planning, and their express shopping list function is pretty useful.
