I bought the above as it states it plays blue rays, my computer has a blue ray player. When i try and play the blue ray it is not a sharp picture it is all funny colours (bit difficult to describe), I was able to play this blue ray before I put this software on and played perfectly. The computer did come with software but was a bit hit or miss if it played, think mainly down to the fact I do not use it a lot. At first it said that playback does not support the playback of the media, and then loads the disc and will play but the colours are not sharp (tried to do screen shot but would not let me). Does the Pro actually support Blue ray? Or am I having to go back to the retailer and say that actually they have been telling porkies. I know that they do Ultra but don't see why I should have to buy that on top of this to get what I originally paid for grrrrrrr

(should say there is an information box that comes up and states it is Video VCI - is this the problem?)
