Britain's Worst Parkers non-article

I don't know what is worse, this tedious article showing a few cars parked badly - but harming no-one - in half-empty retail car parks:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2297766/Worst-parkers-Britain-revealed-How-Audi-drivers-ones-avoid-car-park-definitely-Vauxhall-Vectra-wide-birth.html

or the fact that they seem to have run out of proof-readers. Spot the spelling of Volkswagen and 'wide berth'...that last one in the title made me spit my tea out!:rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Pretty usual for the Mail on Line I'm afraid, virtually every article you read is full of spelling errors, or misleading comments/facts.

In another article this morning they state that Chris Huhne has been moved from Wandsworth prison in south west London, to Leyhill in Gloucestershire, "some 17 miles away".

I wonder if The Mail gives the electronic version to their trainee journalists to compile?

As for the article the Renault Espace seems to be parked as best it can be in a space that's too small.
The Chrysler would either hang over at the front or the back as it's too long for the space anyway.

The others are playing right into the hands of PPC's!

And don't forget all the soft !!!!!! pictures (with drooling captions) they always have on the rhs of the web pages.

    One example:-

TV presenter Jasmine Harman gets One Show viewers all steamed up in low-cut swimming costume in a Turkish bath
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Maybe if they extended parking bays, then people would not need to park like this -

And where is the problem in that? :rotfl:

And it's hardly soft !!!!!!, there are no naked or even topless pictures. Nothing you wouldn't see on holiday at the beach.

Pretty lame pics on the Daily Mail. Check out the bad parking thread on Pistonheads for a laugh:

It's just the double standards shown by this paper. On one hand they have a go at the BBC for daring to show a bit of flesh, and on the other they have a tendency to publish pictures of women in skimpy dresses or young teenagers and mentioning their "womanly curves".

str*ssfre*airp*rtpark*ng.com (no need to give them any more Googlejuice than they've already got) publicity department complies "survey", quite possibly on the back of a fag packet from numbers plucked out of the air. Press release gets reprinted, complete with spelling mistakes, by newspapers, because it's cheaper than doing real journalism. Said website gets its name in the newspapers at a fraction of the cost of paying for advertising, and every time soemone copies or links to the story they go a little further up the page on a Gogle search for airport parking. Sorted!

As for the Daily Mail, this is all you need to know about it

Yep, I agree, those spaces look far too small for modern cars.
I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world
