How to reclaim tax for washing work clothes?

I have to wash my own work clothes. Am I correct in thinking that I can reclaim tax for this?

My employer wouldn't mind if I put up a poster explaining how every employee could claim this tax back, would they? The employer doesn't lose out in any way?
