Experian - change of address???

not sure if i'm posting this in the right place but here goes.

I'm trying to change my address on experian (credit expert) - albeit you cannot change the address you can add a new one. So when i try and add my new address, it asks you for the date you moved. When you select the date from the drop down it only goes up to 2012, therefore if you moved somewhere in 2013 you cannot update your address???

anyone else had this problem? and how do i resolve it? I only moved in today so trying to select 2013, the drop down for the year to select when you moved in only goes up to 2012???? am i missing something here?

Are you sure that you really can change/add this? I am no expert, but I think that you can only see what other companies reported.

yeh you can add a new address if you go into the 'update my details' section.

what you cannot do is edit an existing address which would remove the previous information.

when you add a new address your old one automatically moves to the 'previous addresses' section.

You should be able to update your CreditExpert profile with your new address. If you're still struggling you can get support from our contact centre, either through the website or by calling 0844 481 0800.

Thanks! I've tried it again today and it seems that 2013 has now been added to the list. Sorted!
