Domestic Water-coolers. Advice Needed

A new concept in water coolers for the home has arrived.
A slimmed down version of a commercial water cooler, that can sit in any corner of any room quite discreetly,but at the same time look impressive.
Water comes in 3 x 7.5 litre mineral water bottles delivered to your door.
I am looking into new ways to market this product and would appreciate any advice on how to do this - cheaply and effectively. I have tried leafleting, advertising in local papers and magazines. It is such a great product that really needs to be seeen. Any business advice appreciated as this is could be a good business, but I need help.
