Hi,
Before I send my complaint email I need some advise on my rights,
I bought a whole load of furniture from them in Sept which came in December 12. Its all got issues but mainly a bed we got.
We complained because the screws did not tighten in the holes properly got a bit of money back to make right! couldnt as wouldnt.
Last night one of the supporting arms that runs the whole length of the bed snapped in half. Its wooden so must be very weak (I only got into bed).
The whole thing squeaks so loudly im afraid to turn over at night.
Its 3 months old and clearly not fit for purpose. I want to ask for collection and full refund, am I within my rights?? What are my rights?
In an ideal world they would take back everything we got because its pretty poor, handles come off draws when you open them etc.
