Haven't seen that before but love it!
I would especially like to do that in a private car park - only I wouldn't call the employee a traffic warden of course...'Euro Car Parks loner who thinks they actually issue parking tickets when in fact they are worthless rubbish' maybe?
It would also be good to be seen by other visitors, a nice big notice would be in order. You could even cover your car reg number with it on both plates!

I used to do something like that when tickets were self adhesive. Not really feasible now that they aren't self adhesive.I can afford anything that I want.
