Paint for Concrete Window Sill

Can anyone recommend a paint for painting a concrete window sill, the standard paint I used keeps flaking within 12 months. Thanks for any response.

A hard wearing stone floor paint should work.

Smooth masonry paint, garage floor paint or try Bedec MultiSurface. Whatever you use you must get the surface clean and all dust and any other contaminant removed first.
