How to stop a Money Claim Online claim?

Apologies if this is the wrong board, it didn't seem to fit elsewhere!

After a recent dispute with a hotel my (now ex) Fiance and I made a claim on MCOL. The papers were served, but we have now had a satisfactory settlement from the hotel. How can we now stop the claim with MCOL?

The Money Claim Online website says...
What to do if you get paid

If they pay you, or make you an offer you’re happy with, tell them you’re withdrawing your claim.
    You’ll also need to tell:
    • the court centre, if you started the claim with a paper form
    • the Money Claim Online help desk, if you made the claim online
    It goes on to say...
If you settle out of court before the hearing, you may be able to get some of your court fees refunded.
Also on the MCOL website is...
    Money Claim Online help desk

You would be entitled to a refund if the hearing fee provided you inform the court of settlement more than seven days before the hearing. It doesn't apply to the issue fee or the allocation fee.

Thank you, I'll give them a call. There is a delete button next to the claim details... thought I could use that, but it won't let me!
