What is the call cost to a Orange voip Livebox

I've asked Orange CS, she said it was at BT rates, but not sure if she understood what I was asking.
"Yes - as well as being able to make low-cost calls, you'll receive another phone number so people can also call you (this will be a local rate call). It's just like having a second phone line. You'll also get voicemail so you'll never miss a call."
The voip number you are issued with is an 0845 no. but you can change it to a 01/02 number, but it does not say that you are then charged at the geographical rate

The cost to call either the 0845 or 01/02 number would be whatever the callers suppliers going rate was, this of course varies depending on their supplier.It makes no difference where the call is terminated.0
