If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Lenny - I'll have you know I've never slept in a cardboard box. Although I did try and go to sleep in a shop doorway after a particulary heavy night on the pop at Planet Earth in Leeds. It was the revolving dance floor that dun me guvnor!0 -
