    Happy birthday Z. Hope it's a good one up there in the Dutch mountains!

    Lenny - I'll have you know I've never slept in a cardboard box. Although I did try and go to sleep in a shop doorway after a particulary heavy night on the pop at Planet Earth in Leeds. It was the revolving dance floor that dun me guvnor!

    A friend of ours decided it was a good idea to sleep on top of a pile of newspapers after a gig once.. lol.
