Any percentage of the deposit paid would be repayable though wouldn't it Richie?
What happen's if they are doing it on the hire/purchase scheme?
I don't know how accurate this post is but thought it might be worth posting

You would be entitled to a pro-rata payment of your Advanced Payment (deposit) back.
The linked thread is what I created last year when the topics at the time were discussing either going with a new Motability contract or purchasing your current car at the end of its lease.
Quite a few forum members have chosen the latter, but it depends on your circumstances and whether you need a modified (or expensive) car or not.Unite Disability Champion & Equality Rep0 -
- 100% agree with pauliboo on pro-rata AP
- I 100% disagreed with pauliboo's [last & this and any] years HP buy of any new car
- - an exception would be a winch on / drive from / side loader or other expensive essential needs based requirement
pauliboo however, knows better than me, he's been there and wears the tea shirt - I haven't !Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem.
