PPI claim if LAN has been cancelled

Hi,
Please can you advise if you can reclaim PPI on a loan tat was written off be the bank. Few years back my mum had her loan cancelled mutually by the bank. If she cannot on that loan what about LANs previous?

It isn't worth it if the amount she owed was more than she paid in PPI.
She can certainly make complaints that her loans were missold but I have no idea what he rchances ar ebecause you haven't given us a lot to go on..Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
